Register your account on MoveSelf for free using Facebook, Twitter or directly on the MoveSelf platform. It only takes 2 minutes.
Once registered you can use our mobile-ready online platform to provide information about your property, upload photos, floor plans and much more. Create your listing entirely by yourself, or purchase our professional extras (photography, floor plans etc). See our pricing page. Please note that you must purchase the 'Verification Checks' extra before your listing can be made Live.
Your property listing will go through a stringent review process. We check for spelling and grammar mistakes, poor quality imagery, inaccurate information and in some cases we offer advice on how we believe you can improve your listing. We also verify property ownership.
When your listing is live you can instantly receive offers, enquiries and viewing requests 24 hours a day 365 days a year. Notifications are sent in real-time via email and text (SMS) message.
Offer negotiations, property viewings and enquiries are all managed by the seller. However our support team are always available should you require advice or assistance.
When you accept an offer, it's important that we qualify the buyer. This involves verifying their ID, a credit check, performing an anti-money laundering (AML) check and address check. As such, you must purchase the 'Verification Checks' extra. See our pricing page.
Once you accept an offer it is time to engage a regulated conveyancing solicitor. We can provide competitive conveyancing quotes for this via our partners at ReallyMoving, or you can choose your own.
